Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Reconciliation Specialist to join our FinOps team. This role is at the heart of our business operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions. It's a role that requires keen attention to detail and a passion for making a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform detailed reconciliation of transactions using Microsoft Excel.
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure transaction accuracy.
- Maintain and improve financial data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

- Minimum of two years of work experience in a related field.
- Degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Extensive experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be a Zambian resident and able to work from our office in Zambia.

Interview Process

Selected candidates will be invited for a one-hour interview at our office, comprising:
- A 20-minute informational session with behavioral questions.
- A 40-minute practical Excel test involving transaction reconciliation.
