Your tasks:
- Use the CRM or any other tool provided to update all information regarding individual productivity
- Serve as the main communication point for all assigned customers
- Place orders from Bokomo Sales Reps
- Ensure timely delivery and product availability for all assigned customers
- Follow-up and ensure that 100% of grievances to assigned customers are promptly resolved
- Build strong customer relationships and retain current and new customers within the assigned cohort(s)
- Ensure that customers' orders and amount/ type of skus purchased grow as per the monthly targets defined
- Collaborate with the allocated Project Team to identify growth opportunities within the territory, reactivate and train customers
- Recommend promotions and carry out surveys to understand which products are in demand, and make service-improvement suggestions
- Update customers on any news or promotions
- Prepare weekly reports on the project performance as required
- Dispatch/ support in the dispatch of Forecourt orders
- Manage all the credit-related issues with the customers
- Using call cycles, visit all customers managed
- Other additional tasks that the project requires."
