Role: Sales Manager – Ivory Coast
Location: Abidjan
Your Mission:
Drive growth in Ivory Coast by signing up new commercial customers and building partnerships with key banks, distributors, and cash-heavy businesses. This is a frontline role with big impact and big responsibility.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and approach new business leads through prospecting and outreach
- Lead meetings with large retailers, fuel companies, supermarkets, and banks
- Build and close high-value partnerships and customer contracts
- Prepare strong commercial proposals, client-facing decks, and reports
- Work hand-in-hand with the operations and product team for client onboarding
- Track pipeline performance and hit your monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Act as the face of Jabu in Côte d’Ivoire with energy and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
- A sales-driven, go-getter with a super proactive attitude
- Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical and comfortable working in Excel and PowerPoint
- Team player with a positive, “yes-man” mindset and no space for negativity
- Previous experience in B2B sales, fintech, or banking a plus
