Duties:

  • Process inbound phone and WhatsApp orders, as well as process orders that have come in via the e-commerce platform
  • Follow up on any cancelled orders and recover customer orders
  • Familiar with all products available and in stock
  • Setting individual order targets with the team
  • Work cross-functionally with the sales department to push promotions and increase customer basket size
  • Promoting the organization and products
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent IT Literacy
  • Dedication to providing great customer service
  • Ability to lead a sales team
  • Knowledge of Hubspot Sales or Salesforce softwares is a plus
