Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Regularly meet with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure our products meet their expectations.
  • Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze competitor products to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
  • Flow Design: Draw and design user flows, ensuring an intuitive and seamless user experience.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate new product opportunities, improvements, and market trends.
  • Field Work: Spend significant time in the field, interacting with users, merchants, and other stakeholders to gather insights and drive product innovation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to align product development with business goals.
  • Feedback Loop: Establish a continuous feedback loop with customers and stakeholders to inform product decisions and enhancements.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform QA testing to ensure product features meet the required standards and function as expected.
  • Reporting: Report weekly on KPIs and metrics to track product performance and inform decision-making.

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in a fintech environment.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry and fintech products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market and competitive data.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Miro, and Jira.
