Your tasks and Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise stock movement activities in the warehouse for possible theft.
  2. Ensure to complete all reports related to incidents and investigations for loss prevention.
  3. Prepare, review and complete all paperwork associated with audits plus other shortage control programs.
  4. Support loss-prevention supervisor to conduct internal theft examination.
  5. Complete audits of safety, operational, and inventory control relevant procedures.
  6. Observe with an eagle eye all movements in the warehouse.
  7. Develop and maintain records of all documents.
  8. Provide assistance for internal investigations.
  9. Involve proactively in court hearings.
  10. Maintained public order at assigned premises.
  11. Conduct enforcement and protective duties to ensure guests' and team members’ safety and security of property.
  12. Respond to all emergency conditions like safety hazards, fire, threats to life or property, etc.
  13. Comply with legislation and company safety along with environmental rules and regulations.
  14. Conduct regular inspections of fire extinguishers, fire alarms, and sprinkler systems.
