We are looking for Alliances and Partnership Manager with demonstrated networking abilities. The candidate should be open to traveling to other places of business and make the most out of every probable opportunity.

Your main role would be to build and manage relationships with other partners to mutually benefit all the parties involved.

The main objective of this role would be to manage company partnerships and alliances for the growth of the company in terms of revenue as well as otherwise.

Job Purpose

Deliver set targets from the corporate bucket through partner acquisition, relationship management, and implementation of pre and post-launch activities, carry out all the activities required to enable achievement of the desired revenue from Bill payment, Bulk payment, Integrations, Business to Business & Advanced Services transactions within respective allocated portfolio.

Reporting To The Chief Operations Officer, The Main Duties Are:

  • Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
  • Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners.
  • Coordinate with the public relations team to ensure that any information going out is in the best interest of the company.
  • Work with other teams internal to the organization to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals.
  • Encourage and supervise any collaborations with partner brands.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances that benefit the company
  • Attend various trade fairs and networking events on behalf of the company.
  • Work in liaison with the sales and marketing team to understand current market trends and build relationships accordingly.
  • Strategize newer ways to grow current partnerships.
  • Travel to other places of business.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the annual Enterprise Sales Business plan.
  • Contributes to the achievement of revenue targets, profitability, and customer satisfaction within the segment by executing customer acquisition and retention plans
  • Develops and maintains good business relationships with clients and partners which enables us to quickly and amicably resolve client challenges, enhance goodwill and loyalty and increase the chances of additional business
  • Continuous monitoring of Partners performance based on agreed targets and service standards and ensure to keep all partners accountable through predicable agreed reports
  • Generate reports on a weekly, Monthly Quarterly, and Annual basis on the performance and contribution of each partner for group partnerships and local Management
  • Develop and employ relevant metrics and measures to routinely monitor progress.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with national regulatory and competition authorities.
  • Stay abreast of developments in areas of expertise.

Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/any related field of study.
  • Minimum 10 years in sales on a company role of a Financial /Distribution /Telecom company.
