Responsibilities

Consulting with IT manager and other departments as required.

Providing IT assistance to an internal and external clients.

Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs.

Resolving logged tickets in a timely manner.

Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.

Updating computer software. as well as upgrading hardware and systems.

Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests.

Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position

Thorough work ethic, attention to detail

Critical thinking skills, problem-solving aptitude, creative and forensic approach to challenges

Good negotiation and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to bring the benefits of technology to solve business issues while also managing costs and risk.

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

Ability to set strategic direction and goals for the business initiatives and to establish benchmarks and metrics against which progress can be measured

Excellent in Excel and flexible in data management and manipulation

Proficient with Windows and MAC Operating Systems

Strong IT skills including knowledge of hardware, software, and networks
